New Feature: Product Reviews

   UltimateBassin.com is proud to introduce another new feature - product reviews. Just like other features on UltimateBassin.com, such as the guide fishing reports, these reviews are not run-of-the-mill evaluations. They are written by hand-picked guides and writers, so not just anyone can submit a review. This new feature was started in an effort to provide even more high-quality information to UltimateBassin.com viewers.

   The products are reviewed based upon certain criteria:

   Bass caught - does the lure catch a limit quickly, or does it catch a few larger bass?

   Innovation - is the lure original and unique, or is it a slightly-modified copy?

   Strength - how strong is the lure and how long does it last?

   Overall - what is the lure's overall rank?

   The above will be ranked on a scale from 1 - 5, with 5 being perfect.

   The outstanding guides and writers that submit reviews are following:

   Mike Siefert - a professional guide on Millwood Lake, AR. Mike writes reports for UltimateBassin.com and also for the Arkansas Fish and Game Commission. An excellent writer.

   Reed Montgomery - Reed guides on many, many lakes in Alabama. He is also the host of "Fishing Alabama with Reed Montgomery," a program that has aired for over five years.

   Larry King - professional guide on Lake Sinclair, GA, and an exceptional writer.

   Jim Reaneau - Jim has been guiding on world famous Lake Fork, TX, for many years. 

   Jay Lundgren - Jay is a frequent tournament competitor and an excellent outdoor writer. He lives near Tyler, TX, and owns an insurance company.

   Brandon Shook - Brandon has been the president/publisher of UltimateBassin.com since its beginning three years ago, and frequently writes articles related to bass fishing.

   Popular products will be featured so visitors can read up on new techniques and tactics for their favorite lures. Some lures that will be included in the reviews are made by little-known manufacturers who make outstanding products.
